Self-Study vs DET Coaching: Which Is Better for DET Preparation?

Self-study gives you flexibility, but coaching provides the structure and support to prepare with greater focus. Planning your own practice and tracking your progress can be challenging when you need to improve areas such as Speaking fluency, Writing structure, or Reading comprehension.

Y-Axis DET coaching combines structured lessons, targeted exercises, realistic mock tests, and personalised trainer feedback across Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening. Regular feedback helps you improve your skills, build confidence, and prepare more effectively for your DET.
