Because the fee for US H-1B visa application has been hiked to $100,000 (as opposed to earlier $215-$5,000), Indian IT professionals have begun to consider alternatives. The Goethe German A1 exam covers 4 sections: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Passing the German exam requires more than 60% of the score. German score ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 GPA Grades, and in Indian Grades, it ranges from 0 to 100%.
